The path to fitness is like any other journey…we need to know our starting place so we don’t end up on a frustrating wild goose chase!

But the starting point and path is unique to you!

It begins with a physical assessment to determine where your strengths and weaknesses are. With that information I design a personalized workout program.

You will learn:

  • Range of Motion Biofeedback testing to insure the workout is challenging, but not overworking you
  • Functional movement exercises
  • Proper form and technique

Working out is not just about the time you spend in the gym. I can help you understand and implement appropriate recovery methods…nutrition, hydration, mobility work and  sufficient rest…to maximize your results!
